Professional Conduct
Professional conduct is mandatory at all times. While the customer may not always be right, they will be treated with respect and listened to in order to reach a successful outcome. Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. Baby Gayle’s reserves the right to terminate any interaction if this policy is violated.
General Conduct
Customers must maintain a civil manner while interacting with Baby Gayle’s. Disrespectful behavior will not be accepted, and customers should remain calm and open to compromise for a successful resolution. Baby Gayle’s reserves the right to end any customer interaction deemed in violation of this policy.
Health and Safety
Cleanliness is mandatory; hands must be washed, and counters and cooking tools kept clean.
All food will be thoroughly washed and cleaned.
Raw foods will be stored separately from cooked foods to prevent contamination.
Food will be cooked thoroughly and maintained at safe temperatures.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be worn at all times and changed regularly to ensure safety.
Use of Social Media
Baby Gayle’s will maintain an active social media presence to ensure we are reachable and easy to find. Our information will be kept up to date and accurate. We will not permit the use of our logo or branding for any purpose unrelated to Baby Gayle’s without prior permission.
Refund/Return Policy
Thank you for choosing Baby Gayle’s! We are committed to providing you with great customer satisfaction. Please review our Refund/Return Policy below:
Cancellations:
Once your order is confirmed, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Order Discrepancies:
If you receive food that differs from your original order, please call us within one hour of receipt. We will correct the order promptly.
You may pick up the corrected food item.
Refunds for Credit Card Payments:
For credit card transactions, you will be refunded the sales price of the incorrect item and charged for the new item.
Refunds for Cash Payments:
If the new item costs more than the incorrect item, you will need to pay the difference. If it costs less, the difference will be credited back to you.
Return of Incorrect Items:
Returned items must be in their original containers. Returns will be prioritized for pickup.
Missing Items:
If any items listed on your receipt are missing, please call us immediately. We will either correct the order or apply a Baby Gayle’s credit to your next order.
Food Quality Issues:
If you find any issues with your food, please notify us immediately. Return the item in its original container for investigation. A new order will be prepared or a refund issued, at our discretion.
